Ambrose Harcourt is the legend that brought romance to the radio as the smooth talking agony uncle Mr Lurve.
He is a local celebrity who has not only helped hundreds of people sooth their aching hearts, but has also done a tremendous amount to help our local community.
Ambrose has been known as ‘Mr Lurve’ for many years because of the success of his Love song shows and advice lines on many radio stations including, Southern FM, Capital Gold and BBC radio. He was also the host for the ITV Meridian series ‘Looking For Love.` Always in demand, he writes for several magazines helping those with issues in affairs of the heart.
Ambrose was chosen as the face of Relate in Worthing and Brighton, further endorsing that he is indeed recognized as Mr Lurve.
He currently runs a very successful Public Relations and Entertainments business and now presents the `The feel good show.`
